Top album? Not surprisingly, Modern Guilt from Beck as it also tops my favorite tracks. Listened to this album for at least a month straight.
As much as I love to listen to music, for me this has been the year of the podcast. I increased my consumption by several. But the top honors go to Stop Podcasting Yourself. Random, conversational humor at it’s finest.
Not a banner year for me and the movies. My decision would go to the film that was released in 2008 that I would most want to see again (or own). I enjoyed The Dark Knight, Wall*E, even Iron Man, but my verdict? None. I saw some good movies in 2008, but nothing outstanding.
Finally, one last parting statistic. Length of time spent unemployed: 40 days
Here’s to a Merry Christmas and a prosperous and happy New Year.

You’re a S.P.Y. bumper too? It’s currently sitting at my most anticipated weekly podcast list, and I listen to a lot of great podcasts. Your music listen is great, but it’s made me realize I’m now an old man.
I suppose I have you to thank for turning me on to S.P.Y. I started listening somewhere around episode 30 and then spent the next few weeks downloading and listening to their archives. So, so good.
Also, why does my music selection make you feel like an old man? Lack of new music stimulus?
[...] not just my Korean age that is getting me down. My friend sent me a set of music tracks he’s been listening to for the past year. He and I used to host a radio show in college. Of the tracks he’s [...]
